We are not liable for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We encourage double-checking your order details before finalizing your purchase.
If we are unable to reach the receiver over a telephone call on the day of delivery, parcel may not be delivered and would attract a new delivery charge for parcel re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they (or a receiver) are available within the delivery timeline and the telephone number provided is reachable on the day of delivery. We recommend including an alternative telephone number in the “note” section at checkout.
Due to the nature of products we do not offer exchange or refunds.
Yes we do. Narganics ships internationally via DHL.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTION. Although DHL offers the option to “Authorize Signature Release – Allowing DHL to deliver without requiring a signature” we strongly recommend that you receive your parcel at hand by signing for it or pick up from your local DHL Office.
Ps. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SHIPMENTS WHICH HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM CLIENTS DOOR STEP.
If your shipment is dutiable the customs would determine what charge to apply based on the declared value and DHL would contact the receiver with the customs declaration and you would be required to pay the charges before receiving goods.
Clients are responsible for any import/Customs duty on their package.
We are not liable for clients decision not to pay the Customs/Import Duty on their parcel and as a result your parcel will be SEIZED by Customs and ABANDONED and DESTROYED or AUCTIONED in an attempt to recover their loss.
Kindly also note: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND FOR PARCELS WHICH RECEIVER HAS REFUSED TO PAY DUTY.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispached / shipped out. For order within Lagos Nigeria, once email is sent kindly expect a call from the dispatch rider once the rider is close to delivery location. For international orders an email containing your DHL tracking number would be included in email.

Yes we do. We however recommend that you verify from your account issuing bank that your card if open to make international transactions.

Shipping & Returns
We do not accepts returns due to the nature of products.
Narganics does not offer refunds on products bought. We can however offer a refund on the difference if you pay more that your order total.
